Shipping & Freight Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026. This policy explains exactly how Magic Monster Wholesale ships wholesale orders, so you can plan inventory with confidence.

Free sea freight (standard)

Orders totaling 25 lb or more ship by sea freight at no charge. Typical delivery is 30–45 days from purchase. Orders under 25 lb do not qualify for free sea freight — add cases to reach the threshold or select the air option at checkout.

Air freight upgrade (expedited)

An air freight upgrade is available on every order and is priced by actual shipment weight, shown live at checkout before you pay. Typical delivery is 7–10 days from purchase. Bulk air shipments travel via FedEx or SF Express and are handed to FedEx/UPS for final door-to-door delivery.

Customs and duties (DDP)

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We handle export, import clearance, customs duties, and fees — the price you see at checkout is the landed price. You will never receive a surprise customs bill from us or a carrier.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are confirmed with suppliers and consolidated for freight within 2–4 business days. You receive tracking as soon as your shipment is handed to the carrier. Products are factory-sealed and sold in whole-case quantities; delivery windows above are averages, not guarantees, and can vary with customs volume and carrier load.
