Terms of Sale

Effective date: August 20, 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from Magic Monster Wholesale (shopmagicmonster.com). Placing an order means you accept them.

Wholesale, business-to-business

This storefront sells to resellers, store owners, and e-commerce businesses. Products are sold in factory-sealed, whole-case quantities. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your own resale business, including collecting sales tax from your customers. Qualified merchants can purchase tax-exempt through our Tax Exemption program.

Pricing and payment

Wholesale prices move with sealed-market inventory and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is locked for your order once payment completes. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Afterpay. A 2% payment-processing fee is included in the order total shown at checkout. Orders ship after payment clears.

Delivery and risk

Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to your address; see our Shipping & Freight Policy for timelines. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Damage, shortage, and incorrect-item claims are handled under our Returns & Damages Policy.

Products and brands

All products are genuine, factory-sealed goods sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Magic Monster Wholesale is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, POP MART, Sonny Angel, or any other brand owner whose products we carry. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential damages, including resale-market price changes during transit. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
